Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic item in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
